Paytm Payments Bank is Hiring for Customer Service/Operations role:

Experience Required: 1 to 6 years

Education Qualification: Complete graduate in any stream.


Job Description:

  • Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
  • Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
  • Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required

  • Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
  • Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts

Skills, Experiences

Our Requirement:

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Male Candidates Only.
  • Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
  • Should be okay with rostered week offs.
