If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your central goal is to help grow our brand influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities


1) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

2) Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

3) Design, build and maintain our social media presence

4) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

6) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

7) Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

8) Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

9) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

10) Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

11) Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

12) Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Design and monitor SEO campaigns for over 30 keywords with regular updates

13) Monitor campaigns on Google AdWords, display ads, GDN ads for sub-continent and global markets post extensive keyword and industry research

14) Manage and evaluate social media pages with regular paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn etc.

15) Establish and manage partnership with leading eCommerce marketplaces supplying PPE for retail consumers

16) Design and execute eCommerce marketing campaigns on partner platforms to increase sales and ensure highest rating from customers

17) Work with production/logistics team to ensure timely and correct delivery, return, storage, and packing of products for eCommerce vertical

18) Coordinate with creative, web & mobile development and digital marketing agencies to implement overall plans and regular updates

19) Regularly update website and mobile application content and listing along with monitoring performance through analytics, tag manager etc.

20) Strategize content marketing campaigns by managing blog page, executing email marketing plans, and circulating quarterly newsletters

21) Work with cross-functional teams to execute internal branding and new product launch

22) Ensure timely execution of campaigns and goal achievement of the entire department

Skills, Experiences


1) Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field

2) Proven working experience in digital marketing

3) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

4) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

5) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

6) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

7) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) etc.

8) Web Analytics Certificates Preferred

9) Working knowledge of ad serving tools

10) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns

11) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

12) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

13) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

14) Working knowledge of designing software (Photoshop/Coral Draw) is a plus

15) Experience in dealing with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart Etc.

16) Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies

17) Multi-tasker with an active interest of learning things technically and sound knowledge and experience of all necessary tools and software’s
